Sure, I would like to get some data points from red dot shooters.
Somebody needs to do one with a S&W 500 lol. Ill try with the 44 next time i go out, but pistol bays are outside and its kinda cold these days.
Sure, I would like to get some data points from red dot shooters.
Thanks, though I got my first handgun in March, been practicing a lot too.
Great shooting. And unlike the post directly above yours, I have no problem believing you actually did shoot that at the distance stated.
If the poster above said those groups were from 7m, I still wouldn't believe he shot them.
Fibre optic front and serrated black rear
Hmmmmm.... are you missing the fiber on that front sight now?
The fiber on my 85 combat goes south every other range session.

This may have been stated but, I wasn't able to find it when I looked again;
Is there a time limit on this ?
Fast as we can or, slower well-aimed shots ?
Thx. guys
...so it's not a bullseye shooting competition? Derp...
No it's not.
Simply the joyful expression of happy shooters, shooting at bullseye targets in a non-competitive way.
And comparing notes for the sheer fun of it, with other like-minded shooters.
And there's nothing wrong with that Eh!![]()
Okay. I have adjusted my original post put wicked_police back as the high score with 99-3x.
I was hoping this wouldn't happen.
elmopuddy: I've read your post history and I have to say that your experience with shooting pistols does not give me confidence that your targets are true 25 yard unsupported scores. I want to give you a chance to show some further evidence that you can shoot as well as you suggest, but I have to say, you are posting better scores than some very dedicated shooters with years of experience. I've seen natural talent with shooters before, but never with pistols at 25 yards. I should have questioned your targets before I changed the high score. Being polite was my mistake. I don't want to ruin the legitimacy of this thread and the enthusiasm of those who are legitimately posting their best work.
I hope you can prove your case, if so, I will apologize and it will be all good.
Hey Clobber,
All I can say is that I managed that group once, at 25 yards, unsupported. I said once. I have tried to replicate that group, and I cannot, that does show my lack of experience... I never claimed to be an expert though.
If you feel like you have to remove my score, that's fine, its your thread, and I'm not going to start a huge flame war over it. I have nothing to gain either way. I thought it would be fun to try, and I got lucky.
because your provincial cohort Caramel did not shoot his groups at 25 yards either
