I was referring to transfers on purchases I've made from a retailer. Just wondering if anyone who bought from a retailer has had a transfer completed in BC in the last week ish. I'm waiting on a few from May 30 on haven't had any approved yet.

Purchase made on 31st in BC, ref number received from shop but nothing from CFO yet

So I did a private transaction over the weekend and submitted the papers via email and fax on Monday morning. I purchased a pistol frame, frame is located in Ontario, and I'm in Alberta. I'm sitting at two days now with no notifications online or CFP contacting me. I've tried calling the 1-800-disconnect you hotline so many times just like the rest of you to no avail, it is always an instant shut down when I call. I'm wondering if I ought to cancel my deal, go into town and buy the complete pistol which I was surprised to find was in stock, then at least the transfer is set up online.

I got through the phone system today using the 1-6-1 prompts instead of the normal 1-4-2. The first time I got through the agent bumped me back to the restricted stream which hung up on me immediately after connecting, but I called back and got a more cooperative operator the second time.
same boat here. strange thing they issued me a new pal card when i didn't ask for one. same exp date as old.
Bought one on June 1st, still waiting for transfer. I wrote to Quebec CFO yesterday to ask for an ETA and she just replied saying " we are treating 300 to 400 transfers daily, impossible to give an ETA, she'll get to me when she gets there.....I'll keep you posted
I've had one go through, if by go through you mean both the seller and the buyer managed to get through on the phone, and the nice lady on the phone sent it off to the CFO. Now to be clear, the seller is in BC, but I'm the buyer, and I live in Ontario. So who knows when I'll actually get the transfer number, so I can have it mailed out to me.
