Im starting to wonder if it make sense to continue shopping at this store. Yes, we get general emails on new stocks and on sale items. However, any new ordered items in the past week or so are still in the same status and unchange. The phone number doesn't work and email replies as well, so technically you cant get a hold of them. Is anyone else getting the same treatment on your recent orders?

Why do you shop at Tenda ? Cause when I want to buy something they generally have it in stock ! But its $3.25 less over at this other place, Ok cool thanks ill order it from there how many do they have in stock ? none but they can order it for you .................................................... For sure they run great sales for a month and longer and get bogged down trying to fill orders. That works for me. I put some thought into my purchases so long sales give me thinking time.

If you want things in your hands fast, don't shop when they're running a big sale. My (in stock single item) last order took over 2 weeks to arrive.

Bought a pistol from Tenda - great deal and the customer service was fantastic. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and I recommend them to others.

had the same issue had my pistol for three months lost permit for transfer.good prices but!!!!

just my experience never ordered from them until last month... ordered ammo great prices shipped and had it in a week. No issues to Alberta.
Id say overall great experience
