I don't think either of those is extensive work. And again Wanstalls NEVER said they submitted it. The extensive work could be anything else (or it could be that yes) BUT they still never said they submitted it.

I guess you called the wrong # then when you said you spoke to Wanstalls about all this cuz they clearly told me they NEVER submitted it and admit to thay
they said they invested a lot of time and money to bring the rifle to NR status. Another retailer says the same who actually submitted the rifle. I am not going to pretend that they worked together on the project or whatever you are trying to make it sound like.

Yet here you are saying Wanstalls said they submitted it yet those words were never said!?!?!

How about calling both and then coming back to post what you actually found out

What I have to question now is with both Wanstalls and CanAm's reputations on the line what is taking so long to come out with a solution.
I don't buy M+M's story.
If I were in either of those 2 businesses shoes I would be absolutely furious with M+M and demand this be rectified immediately!
Like I said in earlier posts someone is going to have egg on their face , who it will be remains to be seen.

Did you not read my posts you just quoted? Where does it say both parties submitted a rifle?

because M+M is holding all the cards. If Wanstalls had a leg to stand on they would not still be silent.

Canam has nothing on the line, they didn't offer a pre-sale, nor is M+M saying they have no agreement with canam like they have with who offered the presale

because two retailers here in canada both say they put in the "extensive" work with the rcmp to bring this rifle to its NR status. Whoever submitted the rifle did the work and the other is a liar, pretty simple

Read your own post at the top specifically the bold portion. Wanstalls never claimed to have submitted the rifle, so who's the liar then if CANAM did submit? You're the one who is claiming that both parties submitted the rifle..

M+M has nothing to gain by honouring either dealer as no product has been shipped or paid for. From a business perspective it would be in their best interest(and apparently in the best interest of their investors) to side with the dealer that was offering the rifles at the higher price, or in this case not disclosing a price at all. Burning Wanstalls to achieve a higher margin is just plain business. Wanstalls tipped their hand and now the dealer wants shuffle the deck.

.
No, I used the exact wording off of Wanstalls Facebook post in regards to the "extensive work" they did with the RCMP to get the NR status. I posted the screenshot earlier in this thread as well as it is likely deleted now
