Not very close at all. I'd guess maybe less then 1/2 of a 2.75 round will fit.How close are you to getting 6 rounds in? It may only need a small bit of tweaking to get there.
It was on sale yesterday when I looked at TNA's site.

Very close to the M2, so a similar disassembly video will work. Mine needed very little to break in, but what always works best is the cheapest 3" hunting shells you can find. Won't likely need many.Well, I ordered mine this morning. I hope to be able to add to the pile of excellent user reports when it lands. What did people use to break it in with?
I have seen comments about the set screw holding the bolt handle spring in place backing out. Is there anything else to take care of before I start shooting? Is there a good disassembly video/instruction set anywhere or will one for the M2 work OK?

No need for excessive break in. Mine wouldn’t cycle low recoil slugs but cycles my bird shot just fine. The same score slugs cycle in my turknelli, 1301, and A300 but they’re sluggish (pun intended)Well, I ordered mine this morning. Thanks for the heads up, ordered one alsoI'd like to get the plus 3.
Was it from TNA?
EDIT: I see they have the +3 in stock. ORDERED.
I have a 1301 comp. I just started shooting. I had no idea about breaking in. These threads are great for people like me, who are newbs. I'm looking at the VR-66 and tbh; this thread has sold me.My 2 cents, I've had great luck breaking in semi-automatics with the cheapest 3" shells I can find. Are usually #2's or BB's, but are heavy high brass 3"ers around 1500fps. Run a box through it as fast as your shoulder can take it, be mindful of the barrels temp. It breaks in most guns in 1 box, and are good to go on 1oz skeet ammo afterwards. Save your buckshot for meaningful shooting. Not telling others what to do, but that has worked for me on new Benelli's (inertia & gas), Beretta's and Turkish clones. My inertia gun shoots 7/8 oz reliably, haven't tried that ammo with the gassers.

I'm a few hours SW of S'toon unfortunatelyIf you're in the Stoon and wanna shoot...I'd be down. I don't know people, so just reaching out. Thanks.
Which upgrade is that? TBH I've owned a lot of Benelli's and never had the 'Benelli Click' happen to me, so not familiar.I bought one a while ago when they first came out. It's almost identical to my m2. Mine did not accept aftermarket charging handles, but the one it comes with is very nice. The receiver did not have the benelli footprint for the pic rail so no integrated mounts for optics, but for the price, is a very nice gun. I have had no issues with firing and it actually has the upgraded bolt to eliminate the benelli click, which I wish my m2 had tbh.
I'm not sure what is called, benelli upgraded the 2023 new m2 s with small spring that prevents the bolt from getting out of battery once closed.Which upgrade is that? TBH I've owned a lot of Benelli's and never had the 'Benelli Click' happen to me, so not familiar.
Same here, quite a few Benellis, never had the eponymous click ...but the Youtube lore is out there.Which upgrade is that? TBH I've owned a lot of Benelli's and never had the 'Benelli Click' happen to me, so not familiar.
Second loudest sound in the world, exceeded only by BOOM when it should click.and when you pull the trigger it's a click instead of a boom
Have you had it happen on a Benelli? Circumstances?Second loudest sound in the world, exceeded only by BOOM when it should click.
All good. Thanks for getting back.I'm a few hours SW of S'toon unfortunately
Thankfully I have never experienced either situation.Have you had it happen on a Benelli? Circumstances?
I may have bought the last one. After I did the transaction it showed as out of stock and the listing disappeared from the website.I don't see the ones for $650 anymore. Sold out?
