Never had issues with RCBS warranty, usually have my parts within a month but then its been a few years since I've had to use their warranty which is what happens when you buy quality.
Now redding on the other hand, I personally have had a number of FL sizing dies recently that were not machined properly, out of round or off centered or not to spec etc (all confirmed by gauges and/or gunsmiths), they never ever did respond to any of my calls or e-mails. I also don't like the Redding expander buttons as they don't put enough taper on them and thus don't easily align themselves going into the case mouth and I hit the rim of the mouth on the bottom of the expander and stops everything dead, I then have to lift the handle back up and help guide the case by hand, never had to do this with any other die brand. I gave up on redding and threw them in the trash and bought RCBS.
