This is not the first negative report Ruger has gotten about Snapshot.
Snapshot was hard to deal with via email. Not because of lack or response which was pretty good for the most part... it was the back and forth nature of the emails where some questions are answered but others ignored and it takes for ever just to figure out the part that needs to be ordered!
Carole seemed nice when I spoke with here but there is a dysfunctional vibe coming from that place.
