Woohoo. Mine was accepted at the post office about an hour ago. It should be here friday if all goes well.

I`ve already ordered the kahntrol solutions muzzle brake, and picked up a weatherproof plano case for it today. Also picked up some 308 reloading supplies and dies since I didnt already have a 308. I havent decided on optics yet so that might have to wait a few months. I`ll just toss whatever I`ve got laying around on it for now.

I really wish there were more stock options available, but I`ll deal with it.....for now.

Beautiful, sunny, warm day at the range in the West Coast. Feel bad for all the folks stuck in the snow. Actually there is still snow to be seen if you look way up high in the mountain peaks. HAND :)
 
I go to the range if it's -20 so harden the fvck up!
I thought this was mil/LEO's WTF?
Had mine out saturday... Spent most of our time on the handgun bay so I only put my first 20 rounds through the Savage.
Sighted it in very quickly and my first 5 round group was sub 3/4 moa at 100m. Pretty happy with accuracy like that right out of the box before it's halfway broken in.

I took my son out on crown land 7 Feb @ -14c to try mine out, I love it!! :dancingbanana:
