If they made a Tavor in 7.62x39mm I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Interesting, I like the x39 cartridge in several rifles, but what is the appeal of that over a 5.56 in a Tavor?

You' ll notice that any time development of any rifle is announced, users on this site can't simply appreciate the product as presented. There's always a few posts stating "I'd buy one if they made it in x39/.300 blk/6.5/obscure cartridge" lol
LOL, that is so true,
"I'd buy if it was only made by glock, in "7.346-3/4 x 13.65 Jimmy" because that's the only cartridge everyone should shoot."
btw, I think this will make a excellent rifle for ATV's and moose hunting, it'll be compact to carry on the ATV and dismount, load and take one down.
thats my plan for it.
Is this going to be better than the RFB? If so, in what way? And will the price being double that of an RFB be justified?

Got to play with this today, the trigger is better than the X95
Ammo is half the cost, can hunt with it, etc.
I guess that's regional. You can use a .223 to hunt in BC. And non corrosive x39 isn't much cheaper than .223 these days.
Is that the alleged NR barrel in that setup? Any tentative ETA?![]()
haha yea but corrosive is half the cost, as long as you are willing to clean your rifle same day, which I do anyways so the only thing that changes is adding in windex and a little boiling water.
Regardless, if you are getting a .308 bullpup, its not for cost effectiveness haha. I'm looking forward to seeing some on the range.
