Obviously there would be more to follow.. I was just correcting the poster who was referring to a “VZ/Swiss” ban, when in reality it is CZ and Swiss. Naive? Note in my post I said “for now...”.

Doesn’t take long for them to create email filters and either insta-delete or reply with a canned response. Take the time to write a personal message, then you can copy/paste to as many MP’s as you’d like.

Read between the lines - because if they do confiscate guns there will be violence. You're not very subtle.

The firearm community loves the military and police - that being said people are dangerous when they are Afraid and attacked and stolen from.

There probably talking about banning a certain type of fire arm. Not fire arms all together. Just another push to phase out AR platforms and ones similar to it. Still, I do not agree with it at all regardless of what they plan to “Ban”
 
You mean remove ar15s from civilian ownership and at the sametime arming leo with ar15s .... any govt that does this has an agenda ! People need to Figure it out

Does it matter which party is in power.. we still head down the same general direction of civilians being disarmed !

A pm like trudeau who has blatently disregarded the law. .. obstructed the justice dept... and numerous other corrupt actions.. is going to steal your firearms by decree

If this does light a fire under gun owners, then what will it take ??

You know full well we are not for violence and you know that we love our officers and military.

Just joined CCFR. We all can do a little bit to support the organization that fights most aggressively for firearms owners and their rights.
 
One thing NOBODY can dispute: The grabbers are pushing to see just how far they can go. They are using NZ as a test bed. Wish these radicals never came up with the idea of "social experiments". Orwell 1984 was supposed to be a warning, not a damn step-by-step playbook on how to f*** everything and everyone!

To show solidarity we have to have solidarity and discipline. The orgs need to establish that without looking (again this is how it would be attacked) that they are organizing a private army.

The need for solidarity and discipline is that anybody that does not represent our norms and values stands out and is clearly separated from our group.

And that we have identified spokespeople AND ONLY THEY SPEAK FOR US.

Anybody else says they are happy to be there, they love Canada and our hobby and refer the interviewer to the Org Spokespeople for any questions.

Its simple but needs to be done for an effective rally

Rally 101

Bring absolutely not even a picture of a firearm or anything firearm related.

1 Show up on time.
2 Wear street cloths and presentably groomed.
3 Bring significant others and children.
4 Bring Canadian flags.
5 Follow instructions from the Org organizers.
6 No insulting, violent or other speech or action such as that which identifies any minority group etc etc
7 Immediately move away from anyone who violates rule 6) to isolate them and split them from our members
8 No opinion or attempts to answer media questions other than referring them to the organizations, organizers, spokespeople and official media releases and information sheets

Otherwise simple disruption and Agitation Propaganda tactics will take us down.

Now the point is not to moan and groan that the orgs are not doing this, did not do this, are not effective.

Just let them know that we need to make our presence felt and that this is an opportunity where we need their management to make it effective.

That reference applies to any object (and in some cases that applies to people) being forcefully taken from its rightful owner! The only difference is society in general sees guns as inherently dangerous.

This is where you start losing people by making differences that do not need to be made as they make no difference to the ultimate issue.......acceptance rather than persecution.

You can throw it in their face but that is never going to get you under the radar or out of the media/cheap political target category.

Rather it defeats the ultimate purpose which is widening the 'hobby' AFTER we avoid getting exterminated not so that we do.............

Point being is your hobby or anyone elses' is not worth fighting for or protecting when things like "safety" and "crime" get brought into the equation by the antis. I'd go further and say people do not understand and take us seriously when it is called that. This is our lifestyle! Different lifestyles general public can understand and relate to better.
