I have one ordered and was planning on trying something with the chargung handle , handguard and such, although I really like the RH optic mount presented earlier in the thread too

There isn't much room in there for the nuts to sit so most of the time is really fiddling with where you want the final position to be. It had to be installed higher than I really wanted.

invest in a spent casing deflector, you know the ejection is quite violent, almost 90 degrees, it'll chew away your scope metal

It's been ok so far with barnaul. The optic is over to the left enough that it clears it. Good suggestion though. I'll look into what the ak and sks guys use.

Mine just passed 600 rounds mark, rivets are intact, but slight marks and deforms found on bolt carrier where hammer hits.
