Called the CFO with ref. #, got through first call right away. That's a good sign.
Hoping gun will be received before the ranges are open.

Is there an ombudsman that we can contact in Ontario to get the CFO transfer times looked into?
They allegedly are working from home, it takes how long it takes....p a n d e m i c comes to mind.
Ya whoever puts their name on the complaint letter to the Ombud will know how well it works...shredder comes to mind. Best of luck.
You are almost there. I initiated a transfer on Feb. 20th, the BC RCMP E-Division approved the transfer on the same day, then it went back to the Ottawa registry for the final approval. Called in couple of times to the 1-800-# and finally told it was completed on April 6. The call center lady said that I was lucky that I started the initiation in Feb. 2020. it's a minimum 2-3 months wait for anything initiated after March. 2020.
In Ontario, our provincial CFO does all the approvals.
